  • The Governing Documents of the Association are openly provided below so you may answer any question for your clients.

  • Association has a Buyer-side Transfer fee of $100, and a Buyer-side Amenity Use fee of $500.

  • All Assessment & payoff information must flow through www.Homewisedocs.com.
  • The Association and its Management are delighted to be compliant with the provisions of SB 398. For those not desiring to use www.Homewisedocs.com, written requests for certificates may be mailed, U.S. Mail, to Management.  NOTE: Certificates of estoppel may not be requested via email -- the Association uses www.homewisedocs.com, or U.S. mail, to receive certificate requests.

  • There are no other Associations, Buyer approval is not required.
