Police/Security Patrol Information
The HOA retains both "off-duty" OCSO and Private Security on a rotating basis to provide security, crime prevention, parking enforcement and complaint response to our residents.
If you need a Deputy, in an emergency, dial 911. In a non-emergency situation, call the Non-Emergency Complaint line at 407-836-4357 and ask if a Deputy is on duty in our area. Once you have contacted OCSO, please also call Excelsior Defense at and also ask them to respond.
For loud parties, neighbor disputes, parking violations, and parking passes, please call the ON DUTY phone number for the Excelsior Defense Guard: (407)-864-2097. Please note -- the guard is NOT on 24/7.
